TVXQ fans submitted a petition that had 121,073 signatures to the National Human Rights Commission of Korea on August 28th at 1:30 pm. The petition was full of the fans' hopes for their stars to have lawful protection for their human rights.
TVXQ fans said, "The exclusive contract between TVXQ and SME is so unlawful and so violating of basic human rights that it is hard to believe that this is the contract between the nation's best idol group and the nation's best entertainment agency," and "This contract shows the dark, sinister side of the Korean agency and is shocking the nation."
Additionally, they said, "SME, through the fact that they have bound TVXQ to a 13 year contract that can be classified as a life-contract as that is almost how long the span of a singer's career is and through an unchanging, slack management system, is violating and damaging the human rights of TVXQ and the value of TVXQ as artistes and as Korea's youth"
TVXQ fans said, "We hope that they will be able to escape from this violation of human rights as quickly as possible and we hope that the National Human Rights Commission of Korea will help us protect the rights of TVXQ."
TVXQ's YoungWoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu filed for an Exclusive Contract Validity Suspension and Provisional Disposition Request against their agency SM Entertainment on July 31st.
Follwing this, TVXQ fans collected the signatures of 121073 people for an offline petition from August 12th to the 18th for 6 days and submitted this petition to the Seoul District Courts on the 20th.

Today all actors were acting in coordination for shooting directed by Jung Doo-hong, the leader of martial arts stunt team.
According to instruction of Director Jung Doo-hong, two mattress were spread at the bottom. A freezing scene where U-Know Yunho had to jump and plunge down into water with a realistic expression of him was successfully captured.
The young actor U-Know Yunho received a compliment applauses from PD Park Sol-ji and all on-site staffs after he finished the shooting that requires him to throw his whole body into the water.
PD Park Sol-ji said, “I’m impressed as this is the first attempt for him to such stunt act yet Yunho is showing a lot of enthusiasm towards the production.”
i will be home by tomorrow!..my bus will be leaving at 4.45pm..and i think by the time i reach malacca then it will be break fast time already..i will be taking home two of my housemates that really close to me..both are living in penang..they are nurul and syuhada..hahaha..aish..i really miss my mom's cooking and dad's talking..lol

as for the purple girls behind fara and me are nurul who wears the light purple and syuhada for darker purple..both are so into changmin..hahaha..they are going crazy whenever they see him..hahaha..but one will be leaving and now only left soulfighter..huhu..

Nicole, member of group KARA, who are currently busy promoting their second full length album, expressed how she felt about the news regarding Dong Bang Shin Ki (TVXQ).
While in the waiting room for KBS 2's Music Bank where KARA had a special stage with Brown Eyed Girls, Nicole was asked by reporters about her thoughts on the on-going trouble in SM Entertainment regarding the case filed by the 3 members of TVXQ against the management.
Nicole expressed outright that she did not want the group to disband.
She says "I'm really sad about the rumors regarding the disbanding of TVXQ. As a fan that really likes TVXQ, I hope that this problem can be solved amicably. I don't think it will be the same if any one member quits the group. I think they shine the brightest when the 5 of them take the stage as a group, as TVXQ. I hope they don't disband and that they continue to be together just like how they are right now."

finally the photobook i ordered before already arrived safely to my college..i thought it's a hardcover one but seems it's not..anyway, i really satisfied with it!..the boys look really good and hot..healthy and relax too..ok..with the shirtless pics almost make me nosebleed..hahaha..
on the other hand..i really dunnoe about the Keep The Faith project until now but i can't join..so i just write my message here..
i'm totally sad when watching this video..it touched me really deep down inside..i'm sure that u guys are alert of what is happening to our boys recently right?..well, they are only seeking for the truth..i'm not going to let them disbanding or going solo..i've already stick wif them like their entire career..from the end of december 2003 till now..they are like part of my life..and i hope they will be 5 for more years or can it last forever??..6-7 years with them is not enough for me..i wanna know them more..they are like drugs to me..addicted word is definitely right..cut the crap..DBSK definitely like the best representative for Asia right now!..SM should aware of this and suppose take a good care of this 'goldmines' for god sake..well, i just hope that things turn out to be fine after this and please no pressure on them later on..and as for my dearies..believe in me..what matter happens i'm going to support you..you guys are grown up now and mature enough to know what's the best for you..hwaiting babes!~..saranghaeyo~~
